More offerings by PATS!
Housed within Allergy and Immunology, the PATS clinic (Pediatric Antibiotic Testing Services) clinic aims to de-label patients of documented allergies.
NEW! The clinic now includes allergy testing for various medications including: oral and IV antibiotics, over-the-counter medications, and vaccinations!
-IV antibiotic challenges occur monthly at Liberty as an outpatient service. Previously, this was only available as an inpatient service.
-Challenge testing is available for all drugs, including Amoxicillin, Augmentin, Keflex, Cefdinir, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, vaccinations, and more.
For all PATS services, refer to Allergy and denote PATS. In the comment section of the referral, indicate what drug/reaction you’re testing for and the date of the patient’s reaction. A variety of services are offered at Liberty, Mason, Green, Anderson, and Crestview Hills.
PATS offers acute care allergy service 5 days a week for acute reactions. If your patient has a reaction and cannot get into your office, they can avoid the ED and Urgent Care by scheduling an appointment with the PATS clinic. You, your staff, or the parent can call 513-517-PATS for an appointment. Available Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p.
