The Community Practice Support Tools library continues to grow in content and access options. This month Hypertension was added to the current library. These support tools will be available in print, on line at https://www.cincinnatichildrens.org/professional/resources/community-practice-support-, and now in a newly released App for Android and IPhone. Look for “PCP Support Tools” in the APP store and download for free. The library will continue to be updated monthly with additional conditions. Keep checking the website, App updates, and connect with your physician liaison for additional information.
