Community Practice Support Tools – Updates

Thank-you for your continued interest in the Community Practice Support Tools.  There are 42 topics available in the library, and it continues to grow.  You should have received the second packet of tools for your binder by mail in late February or early March. 

The most complete list and current updates can be found on the Healthcare Professional resource page on the Cincinnati children’s website HERE. The tools are downloadable from this site if you need more, or want to access one that has not been put into print yet.

Additionally, there is a free app that has recently been updated. Search for PCP Support Tools in the App or Google Play stores.
