Critical Care Building – on the way

The new Critical Care Building at Cincinnati Children’s is scheduled to open to patients, November 6, 2021.  The new space (Location G) will add 632,500 square feet and contains 250 beds. This new space is the result of increased demand for our services that has been growing for years. Our inpatient census is nearly 40 percent greater than it was in 2010. At the same time, we have experienced significant increases in ED cases.
