Clinical Updates and Resources
Fairfield Neighborhood Location - Fairfield’s Radiology has been temporarily closed for updates. Services are scheduled to resume operation Monday, June 9.
Clinical Labs - Liberty Campus Laboratory will begin testing patient samples for Neisseria gonnorrheae, Chlamydia trachomatis, and Trichomonas vaginalis using the Cepheid GeneXpert system. This PCR-based technology will significantly reduce turnaround times, enabling quicker and more effective treatment. This system has already been implemented at the Burnet Campus Laboratory and we’re excited to now offer this at Liberty. Test names, information, and specimen types are as follows:
Chlamydia and GC DNA (https://www.testmenu.com/cincinnatichildrens/Tests/666315)
