Your Voice Matters! Cincinnati Children’s is inviting parents, caregivers, and members of the larger community to participate in our 2021 Child Health Survey. The information from this survey will identify key health needs of children, youth, and families in our community, identify gaps in resources, and determine resources necessary to meet the identified needs.
