Pediatric Podiatry Now Available in Orthopaedics at Cincinnati Children’s
We’re pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated pediatric podiatry program within the Division of Orthopaedics at Cincinnati Children’s. This new service streamlines access to foot and ankle care by consolidating podiatry and orthopaedic services.
Dr. Sadie Wylie joined the team on September 22, 2025, and is now seeing patients at Crestview Hills, Green Township, Burnet Campus and at our new Eastgate location beginning November 3. Dr. Wylie will also have OR time at Eden Park for half a day every other week, with flexibility to increase based on patient volume.
Her clinical focus includes:
General foot care: athlete’s foot, plantar warts, soft tissue concerns, diabetic foot exams, deep callouses
Toenail procedures: ingrown nails, fungal infections, nailbed injuries, toenail removal
Wound care and dermatologic conditions of the foot
This program is designed to address both medically complex foot conditions and patients who require hospital-based podiatric care.
Same-day in-clinic procedures are available for common issues such as ingrown toenails, callouses, fungal infections, and foreign body removal. Orthopaedic surgeons will continue to manage bony surgical procedures.
To refer a patient, please send referrals to Orthopaedics and indicate “Podiatry” in the notes section. We look forward to partnering with you to provide comprehensive foot care for your pediatric patients.
