Surgical education for primary care physicians and providers
Introduced earlier this year, Surgical Live Event webinars feature physician faculty discussing clinical information and answering your questions, all on surgical topics you’ve reported as important to your practices. For each topic, faculty experts review red flags you might see in your practices, treatment and management recommendations, and information on when to refer to a specialist, all within one hour. For those attending live, MOC can be awarded.
Register here and plan to attend our next Live Event webinar 7:00 – 8:00am Wednesday, September 30 for a review of Gynecology topics by faculty from the Division of Gynecology:
Ovarian masses – Lesley Breech, MD, Division Director
Pelvic pain – Rula Kanj, MD
Irregular menses – Tara Streich Tilles, MD, MPH
Vulvar concerns – Christine Pennesi, MD
The Event will be moderated by Mary Carol Burkhardt, MD, Associate Division Director, Division of General and Community Pediatrics, and Medical Director, Hopple Street Health Center.
Additionally, since spring 2020, we’ve hosted three other Surgical Live Events, and all are available to be viewed on-demand. Click here to see our library of recorded Live Events. Please note that CME is not available when watching recorded Events.
