A message to our providers from Chief of Staff, Dr. Richard Falcone:
It is quite the time to take over as Chief of Staff as we were named the number ONE children’s hospital in the nation. This recognition to me is one that is not just for the specialists within the hospital but for every employee and every provider who helps us take care of children. This community physician group should be proud of their contributions as the work you all do is critical to the success for our patients! This honor is even more important in that it no longer is based primarily on “expert opinion” or “reputation” and is focused even more on real patient outcomes, commitment to evidence based best practices and also equity, diversity and inclusion. I look forward to working with all as you to continue to improve outcomes for every child.
