Faxing Requests to Clinical Labs - Using the Right Fax number
It has been a few years since the Cincinnati Children’s Clinical Labs implemented our centralized fax number 513-636-3918 using a platform called RightFax.
This is a reminder of the benefits of using this single fax number for all lab requests. Orders faxed to 513-636-3918 are accessible to our lab techs at all locations. The queue is monitored by all satellite lab staff and test requests are entered in the order they are received. If your patient will be going directly from your office to one of our Test Referral Centers, we recommend sending a hard copy of the test order with the patient/family. If the patient arrives at one of our locations before the tests are entered into our Epic system, having the hard copy will help the registration staff.
