TAKE a SHOT at COVID – tools for providers
Covid vaccination rates for children and teens remains low in our region. Parents are weary of the pandemic, and continue to be hesitant about getting their children vaccinated.
PLEASE access and use the “TAKE a SHOT at COVID” toolkit to support your advocacy with patients. Below are some suggested ways to use the toolkit pieces:
Provide a copy of “Why should children get the COVID-19 vaccine?” to all families with unvaccinated children while they wait to be seen.
Hang a copy of “Why should children get the Covid-19 vaccine?” in all exam rooms, and in the waiting area.
Share the videos on your practice website, or have patients access the videos on their phones using the playlist QR code (find this on the video section of the toolkit).
Share the Social Media graphics on your Facebook Page etc.
