E-Consult Ordering in Epic Link - Have you heard about E-Consult ordering?  E-Consult Ordering was launched just over a year ago in response to PCP feedback about the desire to reach faculty more easily.  The E-Consult Ordering system allows PCPs to ask non-urgent clinical questions with a 3-day (or less) turnaround. 

In Case You Missed It - Town Hall Meeting for Pediatric Providers: Next Steps Living with COVID-19 - In case you missed it, the Virtual Town Hall held on Friday, March 25th was recorded and covered several COVID topics such as unwinding COVID safety protocols, updates in the region, guidance for testing as COVID evolves into an endemic status, and thoughts about vaccination for children.

ACT Early Ohio Online Resource Ordering Now Available - The Act Early Ohio team is now providing an online order form for providers to access the free resource toolkit.  All of the resources are free, and are easy to request via this order form.  Check it out to get more of these books, charts and diagnostic tools to assist in early intervention in the care of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Pediatric Research - Pharmacogenetics for the Pediatrician -A recently published article Perspectives from the Society for Pediatric Research: Pharmacogenetics for Pediatricians provides a comprehensive review of pharmacogenetic research. While many reviews of pharmacogenetics literature are available, there are few focused on pediatrics.

Register Now to Attend the Live Event Management of Concussion/Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) for the PCP - Cincinnati Children’s faculty and staff from the Brain Recovery After INjury (BRAIN) Health & Wellness Center will be reviewing an approach to the evaluation and management of concussive injuries for primary care providers. This webinar will feature a 20-minute presentation of the diagnosis, assessment and referral guideline developed for concussion management followed by Q&A. CME credit will be provided for the live event only.

ADHD Summer Treatment Program (STP) - The Center for ADHD at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital again will be providing our evidence-based award-winning ADHD Summer Treatment Program (STP) for the 7th year! We are now accepting applications for our program that starts June 13th. This program directly targets difficulties commonly experienced by children with ADHD in a camp-like setting.
