This year nearly 600 attendees visited and collaborated with our faculty at the Cincinnati Children’s exhibit booth at PAS. Our faculty in the booth represented 12 different subspecialties. Showcasing some of their most current research via the research blog allowed for rich collaboration with colleagues. Popular resources distributed in the booth included banner pens with a resource menu inside, demos on the iPad leading to the Research Blog, and popcorn from our POPulation health team. Overall the learning and connecting in the booth was time well spent by all.
coordinating with the exhibit team, the Cincinnati Children’s Alumni Association (CCAA) hosted an Alumni and Friends Reception on Saturday, April 29, with a record-breaking crowd of more than 220 attendees. Guests enjoyed the evening reconnecting with friends, meeting some of our new faculty and hearing updates on the medical center and CCAA.
